Project Lifesaver/SafetyNet News!

Project Lifesaver/SafetyNet continues to grow every year.  The program celebrated 10 years of success in 2009 with over 1,113 communities protecting their wander prone citizens with Alzheimer's or dementia.  To date 2,081 lives have been saved across North America with an average seach time of 30 minutes.  We Rage We Weep Alzheimer Foundation and Project Lifesaver/SafetyNet of Greater Victoria is proud to say we are currently working with lower mainland and island communities to expand services into those areas so more people at risk can be protected.
