Ch. 4: Communications Problems/Following Directions
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
June writes: " Alzheimer's Disease can have a devastating impact on communication in its many different forms. The loss of the skill can be extremely difficult for a caregiver to accept or deal with. In the early and middle stages of the disease, there are still times when communication is possible, at least on some level. Cherish and remember these moments, because they'll help you to cope with the difficult times ahead."
